I carelessly click to install 'Tuneup Utilities 2012' program on one day. It cannot be uninstalled even though I went over to already done all processes with uninstalling menu under Programs and Features of the control panel. Please help to completely remove such a program.

Not sure if you tried it, but I was having the same problem and went and did manual activation.
